Jay Shetty has launched a new podcast series aimed at helping couples navigate the challenges of modern relationships. Titled Messy Love: Difficult Conversations for Deeper Connection, the project explores a wide range of issues including communication, infidelity, expectations and financial pressures, topics the life coach believes are widely relatable.

Speaking about the series, Shetty emphasised that there is no universal formula for relationship success. He noted that while honesty is often desired in partnerships, it can also be difficult to manage, describing relationships as inherently complex and evolving rather than something that can be resolved with simple advice.
The podcast draws on Shetty’s own experiences as well as conversations with real couples, reflecting the idea that intimacy is not static. He has suggested that even long-term partners can continue to discover new layers of vulnerability and understanding in one another, regardless of how long they have been together.

Central to the series is the belief that open and constructive communication is essential. Shetty argues that difficult conversations should not be approached as a means of winning arguments, but as opportunities to build deeper connection, shift away from blame, and foster mutual understanding within relationships.
